But once the covers came off, we were left flipping past explicit scenes, skipping graphic chapters, and asking ourselves: Why does a good story always seem to come at the cost of our values?

That tension is exactly what led us here.

Lamp Post Parcel was born out of a deep desire to rediscover fiction that’s rich, magical, and clean—without sacrificing depth or beauty.

It started with three sisters, a love for fantasy fiction we felt safe reading. We wanted the immersive book box experience, but built on timeless things: family, faith, beauty, courage. And most of all? Stories that stir the heart without smut, language, or content concerns.

✨ Why “Lamp Post”?

The name was inspired by a childhood favorite: The Chronicles of Narnia—specifically, the lamp post Lucy stumbles upon in the snow. A simple structure… but also a symbol. A quiet guidepost at the edge of the unknown. For us, it's a light in the dark, pointing toward the ultimate and true Light of the world: Jesus Christ.

That’s the heart of everything we do.
